Guacamole Ingredients
2 Avocados from Mexico, halved with pits removed
ten grape tomatoes
1/2 loving cup diced yellow onion
1 lemon, juiced or 2 tbsp lemon juice
one cup cottage cheese
1 Parcel Old El Paso Balmy Guacamole Mix (coupon here)
1/two cup diced pineapple
Guacamole Instructions
Scoop out avocado and place it in a medium size mixing bowl.
Mash the avocado with a fork or irish potato masher.
Add lemon juice to the avocado. Mix it up well.
Add diced tomatoes, onion, pineapple cottage cheese, and packet Old El Paso Mild Guacamole Mix into the mixing bowl. Stir the mixture until the ingredient are combined.
Chill for at minimum i hour earlier serving.
